Center of the Universe 14th Anniversary Party

About this event

Join us for our 14th Anniversary weekend! Enjoy live music, beer releases, BINGO, and more! Free to attend and open to all ages.

Date: November 13th - 15th

Location: Center of the Universe Brewing Company

Friday, November 13th

BEER RELEASE: The Richard IIPA Release - an annual favorite paying homage to the very first brew on our system back in 2012. Due to some miscalculations, we boiled off about 1/3 of the water during the brew, but continued to hop what was supposed to be Pocahoptas IPA, as if it were a full 30bbl batch. The result? A highly aromatic and hop forward double IPA clocking in at 8.5%. A happy accident for sure, but not the most cost effective beer we have ever brewed!

LIVE MUSIC: The Boss of Us - Classic covers and fan favorites to keep you moving!

FOOD: Casa Herradura - Authentic hand-made Mexican cuisine.

SATELLITE EXCLUSIVE: The spin-the-wheel game is coming out. IYKYK.

Saturday, November 14th

BEER RELEASE: Tank to Tap IIPA - A collaboration with our friends at Brown Distributing, this Double Hazy IPA packs a wallop of flavor and aroma through the use of Citra and Mosaic and hops. Double dry hopped to create a tropical bouquet on the nose and pallet as you take each sip.

BEER RELEASE: Find Your Center Amber Lager - The Town of Ashland helped us create an ever so smooth Amber Lager to celebrate 14 years of our partnership. A little caramel, a bit of toffee, and a hint of toasted bread makes this an instance fall classic!

FOOD: Casa Herradura

Sunday, November 15th

BEER RELEASE: Barrel Aged Stout Release

MIMOSA SPECIALS: Enjoy a standard mimosa for $6.00 or a carafe (whole 750ml champagne bottle) for $20. Pairs perfectly with the special brunch items from Casa Herradura!
