Fall Yoga Series with C. Brinkley Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and sip your way through fall at James River Cellars. We’ve teamed up with C. Brinkley Yoga for a four-class series inspired by the character of wine, each session built around its own theme. Every class runs 11:00am to 12:00pm and includes a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy afterward.

Classes are $30 each, or register for all four upfront for $100 and save $20.

October 17: Bold & Balanced (Front Lawn)

October 24: Bright & Spirited (Front Lawn)

November 7: Smooth & Grounded (Hanover Room)

November 14: Full Bodied & Restful (Hanover Room)

Classes are held rain or shine, hot or cold. Locations may move indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

Bold & Balanced | Saturday, October 17

Kick off the series on the Front Lawn with a class focused on strength, confidence, and stability. Build a steady foundation, then wind down with a complimentary glass of wine. 11:00am to 12:00pm, $30.

Bright & Spirited | Saturday, October 24

An uplifting, flowing class on the Front Lawn with layered movement to lighten your mood and wake up your body. Finish with a complimentary glass of wine. 11:00am to 12:00pm, $30.

Smooth & Grounded | Saturday, November 7

Slow down in the Hanover Room with a class centered on connection, presence, and fullness. Settle in, breathe deep, and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after. 11:00am to 12:00pm, $30.

Full Bodied & Restful | Saturday, November 14

Close out the series in the Hanover Room with a class all about release, relaxation, and restoration. The perfect way to end with a complimentary glass of wine in hand. 11:00am to 12:00pm, $30.
