Big Canoe Paddle

About this event

Experience autumn on the James with the James River Association on a guided paddle in a 13-person big canoe on the tidal James River, just below Richmond’s famous rapids. Take in fall colors, watch for local wildlife, and explore the area’s natural and human history while paddling together. Tours last two hours, with approximately 60 to 90 minutes on the water.

• October: 20, 21, 26, 27 (10 AM – 12 PM) and 30 (3 – 5 PM)

• 🎃 Halloween Family Paddle: Saturday, Oct 31, 10 AM – 12 PM

• November: 5, 12, 13 (10 AM – 12 PM)

$25 ( Ages 16+)· $15 (Ages 5-15) · Spaces are limited, and registration is required 18+ Participant is required for every child.
