Blackwell Park Tree Planting, Tree Care, and Litter Pick Up

About this event

Join the Cool the City coalition, Richmond Parks & Rec , and Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay as we return to Blackwell Park to replant and care for the park's young trees! Last time, we planted over 80 trees on the property, and we need help keeping them going (and growing!). Keep Virginia Beautiful will join us this year and lead litter pickup as part of their LOVE VA campaign. More details are available at the registration link below.

This event is one of nine events hosted in South Richmond during Richmond Tree Week (Nov. 1-7). View the full schedule of events across the city at reforestrichmond.org .
