Adult Ballet I - Third Year

About this event

Students in this level already have a strong foundational understanding of ballet terminology and technique, either from regularly attending Ballet I - Second Year or for new adult students who have taken advanced ballet training in the recent past. Class material advances from Ballet I - Second Year to include movements with greater complexity and coordination, with the expectation of becoming stronger in mind and body, introducing cleaner technique and port de bras. Dress Code: Appropriate dancewear includes leotard with tights or athletic pants/shorts with a fitted shirt. Students should have ballet slippers for ballet classes, we ask students not to wear pointe shoes in class. Please note: socks cannot be worn without shoes in any adult dance classes.
