If you're a Dominion Energy customer, the surcharge you pay to finance its offshore wind farm will start coming down next year. That's when all of the farm's turbines will be up and running.

All of them will be up and running next year, when the surcharge starts to drop.

Dominion also figured in a Monday evening outage at a Richmond pump station. Water pressure is returning to normal in parts of the city. DPU says it remains on generator power while Dominion troubleshoots and works to restore commercial electrical service.

said pressure stayed at about that level through the event and was never unsafe for consumption.
